To treat every client as if they are the only one—by creating deeply personal experiences that invite them to escape into a state of Zen. Our mission is to provide intentional moments that allow each guest to be fully present with themselves, restoring balance to the mind, body, and soul.
To be a sanctuary for serenity and self-healing, where every guest feels seen, heard, and whole. Our vision is a world where self-care is sacred, and relaxation is part of the everyday rhythm.
At Zenful Escape, we don’t just offer services—we create sacred spaces for slowing down and tuning in. Every touch, scent, and sound is chosen with care to support your journey inward. Whether you’re here to melt stress away or rekindle your inner light, we honor your need for stillness and restoration. You deserve this.
“I found my peace when I started helping others find theirs.”
Long before Zenful Escape existed, she knew that wellness wasn’t just physical. It was emotional, spiritual, and deeply personal. Her calling wasn’t just to create a spa—it was to create space for people to breathe again.
Born and raised in Hartsville, South Carolina, Cynthia is the daughter of Viola L. Brailey and Elder Don and Retha Mae Robinson. As the eldest daughter in a large blended family, she learned early how to lead with compassion and strength. Today, she’s a proud mother to three daughters, two sons-in-love, and seven grandchildren who call her Nonni.
Her journey in the beauty and wellness industry began in 1998 at The Nail Clinic in Columbia, SC, where she became a licensed nail technician. Ten years later, she pursued massage and bodywork under the mentorship of Wendy Moore of Pamper Place Day Spa. Cynthia earned her certification from Florence-Darlington Technical College and became nationally licensed in her field.
What started as a dream became Zenful Escape Day Spa—a peaceful refuge born from faith, love, and a deep desire to help others. Cynthia believes true wellness starts within, and her mission is to guide others toward wholeness in mind, body, and spirit.
This work isn’t just a career—it’s ministry. A daily commitment to helping others heal, rest, and return to themselves.
